I like those white walls. Are those the ones you're getting for the X90?

Here are the whitewalls next to a stock Pirelli tire. The OD is a little bigger but they fit fine.

Awesome! I never knew you could get white walls that small...

The stock Pirelli is 3.00 x 10
The Continental Whitewall is 3.50 x 10
Oh, I also see that you are on the "sidewalk cowboys site"

A little more progress today. I removed the X-90 chainguard because it has square corners and extends a ways back behind the rear sprocket. It was replaced with a rounded chainguard off of a Shortster. The new chainguard was shortened 1.25" in the front and the front mount had to get relocated to fit the X-90 swingarm. I like the way that it looks with the new chainguard.

The rear fender is getting mounted to the swingarm instead of to the frame. A rear fender strut was made out of 1/4" X 3/4" flat bar. It took a little bit of time and lot of "trial and error" to get the correct shape but it finally fit. The fender is a junker that I am using for fit-up.

I turned a set of oil tank mounts in the lathe and tack welded them to the frame. The oil tank tabs were made in the vertical machining center and tack welded to the new oil tank. I think that I finally have all of the new items tack welded to the main frame. I should be able to tear the bike down and finish weld the frame changes.
